Impulse Olympic Shoulder Press Bench (SL7031)

The Impulse Fitness SL Series Shoulder Press Bench is a professional strength training station for effective shoulder training in gyms, personal training studios, athletic centers, or home gyms. It was specifically designed for guided shoulder presses with Olympic barbells, enabling safe, controlled, and biomechanically sound training of the shoulder muscles. Thanks to its robust steel construction and stable seat and back position, the machine is ideal for continuous commercial use with heavy training weights.

The Impulse Fitness SL series stands for high-quality plate-loaded strength equipment with a focus on stability, ergonomics, and durability. The series was developed for professional training environments and impresses with reinforced frame constructions, durable upholstery, and well-designed movement guidance. This makes the equipment ideal for heavily frequented gyms and performance centers.

The shoulder press is one of the most important basic exercises for building strength and muscle mass in the upper body. It primarily targets the anterior and lateral shoulder muscles as well as the triceps. The guided movement of the Shoulder Press Bench supports clean execution and reduces incorrect loading, enabling safe and effective training.

HOW DOES THE SHOULDER PRESS BENCH WORK?
The trainee sits on the ergonomically shaped seat and positions the Olympic barbell in the designated racks. The backrest stabilizes the upper body and ensures a controlled pressing movement upwards. The barbell is then slowly lowered and powerfully pressed back up. The guided movement minimizes compensatory movements and allows for targeted loading of the shoulder muscles. Thanks to the stable seating position, training can be done safely even with heavy weights.

EFFICIENT SHOULDER TRAINING
The Shoulder Press Station allows for an isolated yet functional load on the anterior and lateral deltoid muscles. Additionally, the triceps and upper chest muscles are activated in a supportive role. This makes the equipment ideal for muscle building, strength increase, and improving upper body stability.

MAXIMUM STABILITY DURING TRAINING
The massive steel frame construction ensures maximum stability even under intense load. Wide feet and reinforced connecting elements guarantee a secure stance in daily gym use. The construction is specially designed for heavy training weights and repeated use in commercial settings.

ERGONOMIC SEAT AND BACK UPHOLSTERY
The high-quality upholstery provides optimal support and comfort throughout the entire exercise. The ergonomic shape supports a stable body posture and reduces unnecessary strain on the back and joints. The durable surface is designed for professional use.

INTEGRATED PLATE STORAGE
Several integrated holders allow for practical storage of weight plates directly on the equipment. This keeps the training area tidy and the weights are always quickly accessible.
