The Balance-pad XLarge is an ideal training device for both beginners and advanced users.

The XLarge balance pad is particularly suitable for exercises while lying on your side or standing on all fours. By supporting your hands and knees at the same time, not only the shoulder and hip joints but the entire spine benefit. The use in the endurance area can also be very varied due to the size of a step.

To increase comfort and safety, it is recommended to use an AIREXreg: mat as a base. Thanks to the sophisticated waffle of the surfaces, you also benefit from effective stimulation of the foot receptors when training barefoot with the Balancepad XLarge. The blood circulation in the feet is actively promoted.
