Lumbar pillow

The lumbar cushion has many uses in therapy, fitness or travel.

• For the prevention and reduction of tension in the shoulder and neck area
• To prevent back pain in general and specifically, for example, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• As support for efficient abdominal muscle training and pelvic floor training
• To optimize training success, e.g., in strength, fitness, and wellness training (health training). Also used in soft hospital beds to prevent physical tension, pressure ulcer prevention, and promote respiratory function.

Everyone's body size is so different that it's almost impossible to provide everyone with the correct, back-friendly seating option; therefore, an individual solution is needed for each person's back. The choice of cushion depends on the user's height and their thoracolumbar extension capabilities. The asymmetrically shaped lumbar cushion means that the Brügger logo is always facing upwards to optimally adapt to the spine.

Skin-med = medical skin, a highly elastic polyurethane coating firmly bonded to the underlying foam, making it particularly robust. This skin is non-toxic, washable, and disinfectable with all commercially available disinfectants.
