At HOIST Fitness the term “EZG” stands for the “Easy Glide Hi-Lo Pulley Column System”. This innovative system makes it possible to adjust the height of the rollers in a particularly user-friendly and ergonomic way. Unlike traditional systems where the pulley housing is often heavy and bulky, the EZG system keeps the majority of the weight inside the column, meaning the user only has to move a small load. This makes height adjustment easier while reducing mechanical stress on moving parts, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance.
