How does Blazepod work?

Blazepod works through an innovative interaction between smart light pods and an intuitively operated app. The small, robust pods are wireless, rechargeable, and touch-sensitive. They connect via Bluetooth to the Blazepod app on your smartphone or tablet. In the app, you can choose from a variety of predefined training programs—ranging from simple reaction training to complex sports-specific or therapeutic exercises. Alternatively, you can easily create and customize your own workouts.

As soon as the training starts, the pods emit colored light signals. You respond to them with targeted movements—depending on the exercise, this could be tapping, hitting, covering, or through motion detection with external accessories. The app measures key performance data such as reaction time, hit rate, speed, and repetitions in real time. This data is immediately analyzed and displayed graphically, making progress and improvements visible at all times.
