Application Dual Function:

Setting for the pec fly exercise (chest exercise)

To perform the Pec Fly exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the pull pin. The seat should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor when you sit.

The ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment is located directly above the seat, between the two swivel arms. Pull the adjustment pin and position the practice arms in one of the pec fly positions. The settings are numbered 0 to 5, with 0 providing the greatest possible range of motion for this exercise.

Then select the desired training weight.

Sit upright with your back against the backrest and look away from the machine (i.e. face forward, back to the weight side). Grab one handle with each hand.

Perform the movement in an even, controlled manner: With your arms stretched - but without hyperextending your elbows - bring your hands together in a semicircular arc in front of your body until your hands almost touch each other.

Hold the final position briefly, then slowly return to the starting position while inhaling to complete one repetition.

Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Setting for the rear delt exercise (rear shoulder)

To perform the Rear Delt exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the pull pin. The seat should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor when sitting.

The ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment is located directly above the seat, between the two swivel arms. Pull the adjustment pin and place the arms in one of the rear delt positions. The settings are numbered 0 to 5, with 5 providing the greatest possible range of motion for this exercise.

Then select the desired training weight.

Sit facing the machine and bring your upper body into an upright position with your chest against the cushion. Grab one of the handles with each hand.

Carry out the movement evenly and in a controlled manner: With your arms stretched - without hyperextending your elbows - lead your arms apart in a wide arc backwards while you exhale. As soon as your arms are stretched out to the sides, consciously pull your shoulder blades together.

Hold this position briefly, then slowly return to the starting position while inhaling to complete one repetition.

Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
