Application Dual Function:
Setting for the abdominal press (ab crunch)
To perform the Ab Crunch exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the pull pin. When seated, the padded exercise pad should rest against your chest at mid-chest height. Place your feet on the lower footrests.
To your right is the ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment for the movement arm. Loosen the locking pin and adjust the arm to one of the three possible ab crunch positions. The settings are numbered 1 to 3, with 1 being the furthest starting position and allowing the greatest range of motion.

Then select the desired weight.

Now carry out the exercise in a calm, controlled movement. As you do this, bend forward from the waist as you exhale, pressing your upper body down toward your knees against the padded pad. Hold the position for a moment, then slowly return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
For added stability, you can hold the handles on either side of the seat or on the front of the seat.

Setting for the back extension (low back extension)
To perform the Low Back Extension exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the pull pin. When sitting, the padded exercise pad should rest against your back at the level of your shoulder blades. Place your feet on the upper footrests.
To your right is the ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment for the movement arm. Loosen the locking pin and place the arm in one of the three available back extension positions. The settings are numbered 1 to 3, with 1 being the widest position and offering the greatest range of motion.

Then select the desired training weight.
Begin the exercise with your upper body leaning forward and your hands on the stabilization handles on the side of the seat. Now move your upper body backwards in a smooth, controlled movement while exhaling and press against the cushion until your upper body is upright. Hold the position briefly, then slowly return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
