This product can be used for pushing and pulling exercises. 9mm thick neoprene wrist support and heavy duty Velcro buckle for secure closure. The flexible material adapts to the shape of your hand. Does not discolor or leave stains on the skin. Non-slip and helps you train with large weights. The 1/4" neoprene padding provides additional comfort and support for your wrist. Sold as a pair.
