Product description

3 devices combined in one - that's the TriaTrainer.
The cube-shaped abdominal trainer can be quickly and easily unfolded to become a back trainer or, when fully unfolded, a weight bench. This multifunctional training device offers the possibility of varied strength training for the core and arm areas. When folded, the TriaTrainer requires less than one square meter of space.

Abdominal Trainer
Less than one square meter of space, a padded lying surface, and secure support – in its standard position, the TriaTrainer functions as a classic abdominal trainer.

Back Trainer
The second position is suitable for targeted strengthening of the back muscles and glute training, while the adjustable footrest provides secure support for all exercises.

Weight Bench
Fully unfolded, the TriaTrainer becomes a stylish weight bench. Perfectly suited for classic bench presses and exercises with weights – the TriaTrainer can take a lot.

Safe and Stable
The robust construction and solid connecting pieces ensure safety during training in all positions. The TriaTrainer is designed for a maximum load capacity of up to 120kg.

Individually Adjustable
The padded footrest provides secure support during training and can be individually adjusted to ten different heights. Additionally, the TriaTrainer can be locked in the folded position.

High-Quality Materials
Noble woods combined with artificial or real leather – the wood is hand-processed and oiled. The seamless transitions between wood and leather create a harmonious design. The TriaTrainer is manufactured from the woods classic to NOHrD: High-quality oak, ash, cherry, and walnut wood from sustainable sources are used for the frame.
