The Origin (The Pioneers' Space Constraint): During the heyday of bodybuilding, athletes faced the same problem as many do today: More muscle groups required more machines—but space was limited. The quest for the ultimate space-saving solution began.
The Biomechanical Breakthrough: In the 80s and 90s, engineers revolutionized strength training. They realized that machines like the leg extension/leg curl combo are ingenious because they train the agonist (front) and antagonist (back) around the exact same pivot point. This not only saves half the space but also ensures perfectly symmetrical joint loading.
Modernity (Uncompromisingly Compact): What began as a solution for premium gyms is now the gold standard for the sophisticated home gym. Thanks to high-precision steel fabrication and smart pop-pin adjustments, you can now switch exercises in seconds—without compromising training intensity.
A dual-function station is a highly efficient strength training machine that combines two different exercises in absolute gym quality on a single footprint.
Forget cluttered multi-stations that promise a thousand exercises but fail to perform a single one properly due to shaky compromises. A dual-function machine deliberately does only two things, but does them perfectly and without compromising ergonomics.
Most often, the system combines two opposing muscle groups (such as leg extensions and leg curls, or lat pulldowns and rows). Using highly precise mechanical adjustments, you can switch exercises in seconds, using the same seat and weight stack while training with the uncompromising stability and clean biomechanics of two separate professional machines. You save exactly half the space without sacrificing a single millimeter of training quality.
Studio Biomechanics: Unlike cluttered all-in-one stations, each dual-function machine is precisely engineered for the anatomy of just two muscle groups. You train with the exact optimal pivot point for maximum muscle stimulation and absolute joint protection.
50% Space Savings with 100% Performance: You get the full-fledged feel and guided safety of two separate professional machines in your gym, but only occupy the footprint of a single piece of equipment.
Lightning-Fast Transitions Using the Antagonist Principle: Since the machines usually combine opposing muscle groups (such as chest/back or leg extension/leg curl), you can switch exercises in seconds using intuitive mechanical adjustments. No cable-stack chaos, no complicated reassembly.
Minimal Wear and Tear: Because these stations are stripped down to the essentials, they feature extremely robust steel construction. Where cheap multi-stations wobble and wear out, the dual-function machine offers long-lasting, high-end stability.
Anyone looking to set up their own home gym almost always faces the same difficult compromise: either fill the entire room with bulky standalone machines or resort to a cheap multi-gym that promises everything but ultimately only offers shaky, ergonomically flawed workouts. Our dual-function machines eliminate this problem once and for all. They bring the uncompromising precision and massive stability of a professional gym machine right into your home, using exactly half the floor space.
The key to this is dual functionality. Instead of countless flimsy cable stacks, this system focuses on exactly two functional workouts that are biomechanically perfectly coordinated. When you train, you won’t notice any difference compared to separate high-end machines at the gym: every pivot point is positioned with centimeter-perfect precision, the power transfer is perfectly smooth, and the load on your joints remains completely symmetrical. You don’t have to compromise on training quality or safety in any way.
In a physiotherapy practice or a smaller gym, every single square meter counts. The challenge is significant: patients and members expect first-class equipment for effective training, but there is no room for massive equipment parks. Our dual-function machines offer the most economical and elegant solution for this. They double the training options in your existing space, without you having to make any compromises on quality.
Instead of losing valuable space to two separate, bulky machines, you use only a single footprint with a dual station. The decisive advantage for the therapeutic and professional sector lies in the uncompromising biomechanics: The guided movements are designed so precisely and smoothly that they meet the highest medical and sports science requirements. Patients in rehabilitation train in complete safety, while athletes experience the optimal muscle stimulus. Thanks to the intuitive adjustment mechanism, therapists or trainees switch the exercise in a few seconds

Lat Pulldown / Rowing Machine (Lat Pulldown & Mid Row)
The two most important exercises for a strong back. At the top, you pull vertically for width (lat pulldown); in front, you pull horizontally for thickness (rowing).
Butterfly / Reverse Butterfly (Pec Fly & Rear Delt)
With flying motions, you train the chest muscles here, and by reversing the arms, the rear deltoids as well as the upper back.
Bicep Curl / Tricep Extension
The ultimate arm duo. Using a clever pivot joint, you either push down (triceps) or pull the lever up (biceps).
Leg Extension / Leg Curl
An absolute classic in every physio clinic and gym. It trains the front of the thighs while seated and (depending on the model, while seated or lying down) the back of the thighs.
Ab / Back Trainer (Crunch & Back Extension)
Protects the spine. You either push the lever forward with your abs (crunch) or backward with your lower back (extension).
Abduction / Adduction (Inner & Outer Thigh)
The pads can be rotated inward or outward to train either the inner (adductors) or outer (abductors/glutes) side of the hips.
Yes, absolutely. Unlike conventional multi-stations that try to cover countless exercises at once, a dual-function machine focuses on just two workouts. The biomechanics, pivot point, and force transmission are precisely optimized for these two movements. You train with the exact same precision, ergonomics, and efficiency as on a professional single machine in the gym.
Classic multi-stations are often unstable and force the body into unnatural, non-ergonomic training angles through compromises. A dual-function machine, on the other hand, only does two things, but does them with uncompromising training quality. They offer maximum stability, clean joint loading, and easily withstand even the heaviest training in everyday gym or home-gym use.
Dual-function machines are often more compact than multi-station towers. They require about as much space as a single-station machine. Nevertheless, you should plan not only for the dimensions of the machine itself, but also for a safety radius of approx. 50–100 cm around it, so that you can get on and off comfortably and moving parts (such as weight stacks or lever arms) do not obstruct anyone.
Yes, absolutely! This is actually one of their greatest advantages. Since the movement is strictly guided, improper loading is minimized. Dual-function equipment makes it possible to specifically strengthen muscles, while unstable joints are supported by the padding and guidance of the machine.
The change takes only a few seconds. The machines are equipped with smart, mechanical pop-pin adjustments (locking pins). With just one movement, pads, handles, or starting positions can be adjusted in no time to the new exercise sequence—without complicated reassembly or the hassle of swapping cable attachments.
Ergonomics are crucial to prevent improper strain on the joints.
Pivot points: Make sure that your joints (e.g. elbows or knees) are at the same height as the pivot points of the device.
Stability: Your feet should be firmly on the floor and your back (depending on the device) firmly against the pad.
