Doitsu martial arts mat with toothed edges, approx. 100 x 100 x 4 cm, two-tone (1 side gray, 1 side black) for creating a training surface of any color.

Shock-absorbing, stable foam material, closed-cell, therefore fully washable and waterproof. Each mat comes with 4 edge strips with a smooth finish as standard.

Particularly suitable for sports floors in karate, taekwondo, kick and Thai boxing, boxing, fitness and aerobics, etc.

By purchasing the Doitsu martial arts mats, you have chosen a quality product that will serve you well for a long time if used and cared for correctly.

Please pay attention to the following instructions to ensure that you get the full benefit from the product:

1.Laying/Storage/Usage:

- Lay the mats on your surface. The surface must be flat and smooth. After you have created the main surface from the mats, you can, if necessary, cut the edges of the mats with a sharp knife and fit them. IMPORTANT: The mats must be laid freely on the surface and must not be glued, screwed or otherwise attached to the floor. Since the mats are made of foam, which can stretch with use and temperature differences, the mat must always have an expansion distance from walls or enclosures all around. If the expansion distance is later not sufficient and the mats rest against the wall or border due to the expansion, the edge of the mat surface must be reworked with a sharp knife and a new expansion distance created.

- Since the mats become a bit larger over their lifespan, it may be that newly purchased areas that are to be cultivated do not fit so well. This is for technical reasons and normal, please note!

- Do not fold or roll up the mats during transport and storage; only store them lying flat.

- Sharp or edged objects can damage the mat. Therefore, please train barefoot or in suitable training shoes and avoid shoes with heels.

2. Cleaning:

You can clean the mats regularly with lukewarm water. If necessary, you can add a low-dose cleaning agent (floor cleaner for PVC or similar) to the mopping water. Please only dose according to the instructions for use, otherwise the surface of the mats could be damaged.
