Finnlo multi-gym BioForce

Adjusting the Finnlo Bio Force is very easy: the slide-lock mechanism allows you to adjust the resistance up to 110kg (up to 55kg for bilateral training) in 2.5kg increments with a single movement, without having to get up from the multi-gym. With the same exercise execution, the multi-gym's differentiated resistance setting also enables compensatory training for the weaker half of the body.

Together with the sophisticated cable pulley system and the many adjustable pulling positions, the Bio Force multi-gym offers a total of over 100 different exercise options. The four pulling points per side at shoulder height enable four different training widths for chest and arm training, allowing for targeted muscle activation. Two foot straps for extensive lower extremity training are included. Adductors, abductors, and the posterior leg muscles can be easily trained in this way. The seat can be easily removed for exercises performed standing or kneeling. As a guide, all exercises are structured and listed with descriptions and photos in the included manual.

Perfect for home: The Bio Force weighs only 66kg and can be easily moved around the room using the transport wheels.
