The Impulse Fitness Incline Press SL7005 primarily trains the upper portion of the pectoralis major and also engages the anterior deltoids and triceps. Due to the converging movement, the chest muscles can contract optimally throughout the entire range of motion. The independent lever arms also allow for isolateral training, which reduces muscular imbalances and ensures even development on both sides of the body.

HOW DOES THE INCLINE PRESS WORK?
The user sits on the height-adjustable seat and positions the handles at the level of the upper chest. After loading the weight horns with Olympic weight plates, the pressing movement is performed in a controlled manner forward and upward. The converging trajectory is based on the body's natural anatomy and ensures optimal activation of the upper chest muscles. Thanks to the independent lever arms, each side of the body can work separately, which improves stability and effectively compensates for strength differences.

CONVERGING PRESSING MOVEMENT
The specially developed trajectory guides the arms slightly together during the pressing movement. This replicates the natural function of the pectoral muscles and achieves maximum muscle activation. At the same time, the shoulder joints are relieved, and the training movement feels particularly natural.

INDEPENDENT LEVER ARMS
The isolateral construction allows for independent training of both sides of the body. This enables targeted correction of muscular imbalances and improves coordination. Additionally, core stability is challenged, as rotational forces must be actively controlled.
