The Impulse Fitness SL7007 Row was developed to specifically train the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, and rear shoulder muscles. Additionally, the biceps and forearms are intensively engaged during the pulling movement. The converging motion path is based on the body's natural anatomy, ensuring optimal muscle contraction throughout the entire range of motion. Because the lever arms operate independently, each side of the body is loaded separately, which helps to correct muscular imbalances.

HOW DOES THE ROW WORK?
The user sits on the height-adjustable seat and grips the ergonomically shaped handles. After loading the weight horns with Olympic weight plates, the pulling motion is performed in a controlled manner toward the upper body. The converging movement path guides the arms slightly together during the movement, enabling a particularly natural rowing motion. The independent lever arms also ensure uniform loading on both sides of the body and promote the coordinative development of the back muscles.

ERGONOMIC BACK TRAINING
The height-adjustable seat allows for an optimal training position for athletes of various heights. The ergonomic design of the movement path supports a natural posture and enables effective activation of the entire back musculature. At the same time, the shoulder and elbow joints are relieved, and correct movement execution is encouraged.

INDEPENDENT LEVER ARMS
The isolateral construction allows for independent training of both sides of the body. This makes it possible to specifically compensate for muscular imbalances and improve stability. Simultaneously, the core muscles are challenged more, as rotational forces must be actively controlled.
