The SL7016 was developed to train the calf muscles in a targeted manner. The focus is particularly on the soleus muscle, which is activated especially strongly during seated calf exercises. A well-developed soleus improves ankle stability, supports athletic performance, and contributes to the harmonious development of the entire calf musculature.

HOW DOES THE SEATED CALF RAISE WORK?
The user takes a seat on the ergonomic seat and positions the balls of their feet on the raised foot platform. The thighs are secured under the padded support arms. After loading the weight horns with weight plates, the movement is performed by raising and lowering the heels. Through the controlled stretching and contraction of the calf muscles, a particularly effective training stimulus is generated. The seated position reduces the load on other muscle groups and allows for targeted isolation of the calves.
