The NOHRD StepTower is the perfect all-rounder for your home or studio workout. As a step-training platform for dynamic fitness exercises, a comfortable exercise bench, or stylish storage for dumbbells and resistance bands – this space-saving device combines elegant design with maximum functionality.

StepTower Training – Flexible Workout in a Small Space
The StepTower adapts to your pace and needs: bodyweight cardio, strength training, or resistance exercises – anything is possible. Removable step panels, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a jump rope enable a holistic workout, which can then be neatly and compactly stored in the StepTower.

Premium Dumbbells
The set includes eight dumbbells with weights from 2.5 to 10 kg – perfect for targeted strength training. Precisely CNC-milled from nickel-plated steel and equipped with grippy textured handles, they guarantee maximum control during every exercise. Elegant end caps made of solid wood complete the design and give the dumbbells their characteristic NOHRD aesthetic.

Training Platform & Bench
The two removable side panels are made of veneered plywood with a solid wood frame:

• One side serves as a stable training platform for step exercises.
• The other side is padded and thus becomes a comfortable exercise bench.
• The cover made of durable synthetic leather is easy to clean and long-lasting – for comfortable training at the highest level.

Tubes – Resistance Bands for Functional Training
Four resistance bands of different strengths can be stored compactly in the StepTower. They are attached with a carabiner to the integrated eyelets on the base and enable versatile, functional training. Two ball-bearing solid wood handles ensure a secure and smooth movement.

• Cherry wood looks very elegant and subtle and creates a decorative contrast in light furnishings due to its red-brown coloring.
