PowerBlock Elite EXP - Dumbbell Set 2-23kg

The PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 adjustable dumbbells offer an extremely space-saving and versatile dumbbell system for effective strength training at home. With a weight range of 2.3 to 22.7kg per hand, the compact dumbbell set replaces up to 16 classic pairs of dumbbells and enables professional training in the smallest of spaces.

Thanks to the patented PowerBlock plug-in system, the desired training weight can be adjusted within a few seconds. The Elite EXP series is perfect for home gym, muscle building, functional training, full body training and progressive strength improvement.

Expandable dumbbell system: The Elite EXP Stage 1 forms the basis of the modular PowerBlock system and can later be expanded with the Stage 2 and Stage 3 expansion kits to up to 40.8kg per hand. This means that the system grows with your own training progress.

Patented plug-in system: The desired weight is selected quickly and safely with the magnetic selector pin. The unused weight plates automatically remain on the base, making it possible to quickly switch between different exercises.

Robust steel construction with black powder coating: All weight plates are made of high-quality steel and finished with a durable black powder coating. This combination ensures high resistance to mechanical stress, protects against rust formation and ensures a long-lasting, high-quality appearance - even during regular and intensive strength training.

Open handle design: The open handle design ensures a natural hand position and high training comfort. At the same time, the compact design offers better control and stability during training.

Maximum space savings: The Elite EXP Stage 1 replaces several classic pairs of dumbbells and only requires a fraction of the space of a conventional dumbbell set. Ideal for home gyms and smaller training rooms.

Fine adjustment with microweights: The two integrated 1.1kg microweights in the handle enable particularly precise weight adjustments. This makes the PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 perfect for progressive strength training and controlled performance improvement.

The PowerBlock dumbbell system enables quick and safe adjustment of the training weight. The different weight levels are color-coded and can be seen directly on the handle.

1. Select the desired weight level

2. Insert the magnetic selector pin into the appropriate position

3. Lift the handle out of the block - only the selected weight plates are lifted

4. The integrated microweights in the handle can be added or removed for fine adjustments

This system allows the weight to be adjusted within a few seconds. This saves time during training and enables efficient supersets and varied full-body workouts.
