The sophisticated adjustment system ensures that PowerBlock dumbbells can be transformed into a barbell in no time at all, allowing for a wider range of exercises. The bar weighs 11.3kg without weights, making it an ideal starting weight. Combined with PowerBlock dumbbells, the PowerBlock barbell allows for training with a maximum of 2 x 40.8kg plus the 11.3kg bar weight.
