The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Stage 2 Kit expands the existing Pro 100 EXP dumbbell system to a weight range of up to 27.2kg per hand, enabling significantly more intensive strength training at home or in a professional home gym. The modular system is based on the Stage 1 base and offers a simple way to increase training resistance without additional space.

With the Stage 2 expansion kit, the Pro 100 EXP system becomes ideal for advanced strength training, muscle building, functional training and progressive performance improvement.

Modular expansion system: The Stage 2 Kit is specifically designed to expand the Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 dumbbells. By adding additional weight blocks, the training range is gradually increased up to 27.2 kg per hand. The extension is easy and requires no tools.

Patented PowerBlock system: The proven plug-in system with selector pin enables quick and safe weight selection. The weight plates that are not being used remain in the stand, allowing for efficient switching between training sets.

This is how the PowerBlock system works:

The PowerBlock dumbbell system allows you to quickly adjust the training weight in just a few seconds. The weight blocks are integrated into the system and selected via the selector pin.

1. Select the desired weight level

2. Insert selector pin correctly

3. Lift the dumbbell out of the block - only the selected weights are activated

This system allows training resistance to be quickly adjusted, ideal for supersets, circuit training and efficient workouts.
