The PowerBlock Pro 100 EZ Curl Bar transforms the PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP adjustable dumbbells into a compact and versatile SZ curl bar for effective upper body and arm training at home. The ergonomic EZ shape makes the Curl Bar particularly suitable for joint-friendly biceps curls, triceps exercises, French presses and other pressure or pulling movements.

The Pro 100 EZ Curl Bar was developed specifically for the modular PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP system and enables maximum training variety with minimal space requirements in the home gym.

Ergonomic EZ-Curl shape: The curved SZ shape reduces strain on wrists and forearms compared to straight barbell bars. This makes the Curl Bar ideal for comfortable and controlled arm training.

Adjustable SZ curl bar for the home gym: By connecting it to the existing PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP dumbbells, a space-saving and flexibly adjustable curl bar is created without additional weight plates or classic dumbbell sets.

25mm premium steel rod: The robust steel bar with high-quality knurling ensures a secure hold and a professional training feel. The ergonomic grip angles further improve comfort and control during training.

Patented quick-change system: The weight is still adjusted directly via the proven PowerBlock Selector Pin System of the Pro 100 EXP dumbbells. This allows the training weight to be adjusted within a few seconds.

This is how the system works:

The existing PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP dumbbells attach to both ends of the EZ Curl Bar. The desired training weight is set directly on the dumbbells using the selector pin.
