The Sponser Bicarb capsules are the practical solution for using sodium bicarbonate specifically - to support buffering processes, performance and competition or training at high intensity.

Application:
The recommended total dose is 0.3 g sodium bicarbonate per kg body weight. 1 capsule contains 1 g of sodium bicarbonate.

70 kg body weight: 0.3 g/kg x 70 kg = 21 g corresponds to 21 capsules

Take the required number of capsules spread over at least 30 minutes in the time window approx. 90 to 60 minutes before the start of the competition (e.g. 1/3 of the capsules 90.75 each, 60 minutes before the start). Take the capsules with a total of 0.5-1 l of water. Increasing the duration of intake by 120-60 minutes before the start of the competition can improve tolerability.
