The Sponser ENERGY Pro Recovery High Tech Formula is a specially developed protein-carbohydrate blend for athletes who want to specifically supply their bodies with high-quality nutrients around intensive training sessions. The combination of proteins and carbohydrates is particularly suitable for consumption before and after training.

The protein base combines whey protein, egg protein, and casein in a balanced 1:1:1 ratio. This combines different protein sources with each other. The formula is supplemented by colostrum as well as the special protein and peptide components PeptoPro™ and PeptiStrong™.

Additionally, the formula contains the amino acids L-leucine and L-glutamine. L-leucine is a particularly relevant amino acid for athletes and is a component of the body's natural amino acid supply.

The included carbohydrates provide energy simultaneously, making Sponser Pro Recovery a practical combination for nutrition around demanding training sessions. With a maximum of 0.5g of lactose per serving, the formula is also low in lactose.

Recommended use:

Ideally, Pro Recovery is used as a shake before and after physical exertion. For preparation, for example, 3 measuring spoons (approx. 40g) can be mixed with about 150ml of water in a shaker or blender. For a higher energy content, the shake can be additionally supplemented with maltodextrin and/or fruit.
