Theraband Handles

The soft foam rubber handles simplify the use of exercise bands and tubing. The Theraband handles make training with bands and tubing more flexible and prevent uncomfortable constriction of the hands. The large handles relieve stress on the hands during exercise. They enable effective training with bands and tubing for individuals with limited hand strength (e.g., due to osteoarthritis). The use of the handles also prevents damage to the band. The Theraband or tube is simply threaded through the end loops of the handles and secured with light tension.
