Xebex AirPlus Cycle with Smart Connect (AMSB-03-BA)

Flywheel, damper and power adjustment
Increase your endurance and strength training by adjusting the AirPlus resistance (magnetic) in addition to the air resistance of other air bikes. On the right side of the flywheel, the rider can pull the AirPlus button and adjust between 1 and 8 magnetic AirPlus levels. Using just air, the rider can mimic an incline of approximately 0-15 degrees, while adjusting the AirPlus settings increases resistance by four times. The air-based flywheel gives the rider control over intensity at all times. A 10-setting damper allows the rider to adjust the amount of airflow while riding to increase or decrease intensity. The bike's brightly lit display allows riders to easily see what resistance level the shock is set to.

Train smarter
The Xebex Air Cycle features a brightly lit, color-coded LCD display that is the only display of its kind to show damper level and magnetic resistance directly on the console. The display shows the Air Shock Resistance Level, AirPlus Resistance Level, Time, Distance, Calories, RPM, Watts, Speed, Pulse and Calories/Hour at all times when you switch modes. The easy-to-read console is designed for simplicity and allows you to see your progress at any time using a color-coded progress circle. The Progress Circle can be assigned to represent any distance, calorie count or time you preset, or a 1000m lap by default. It also features a color-coded wattage and heart rate zone display so you can track your intensity at a glance. The Smart Connect feature allows you to connect to a variety of third-party apps available in our Smart Connect ecosystem.

Smart Connect
The easy-to-use console features Smart Connect, which allows users to connect our Smart Connect devices to a variety of third-party apps. Easily connect to third-party apps such as ZWIFT, Kinomap, GymTrakr, Xert, Sufferfest and RGT Cycling and many more apps. For more information about our Smart Connect Ecosystem and to view compatible apps/software, click here. We recommend the Arkon tablet holder for easy mounting of your tablet. Peloton Compatibility – The Peloton app uses a different Bluetooth connection than the industry standard we use in our Smart Connect consoles. Therefore, purchasing a separate “Peloton Compatible Sensor” is required if you want to connect the AirPlus Cycle to the Peloton app.

More comfortable driving experience
The Xebex Air Cycle uses two improved polygroove belts with a self-tensioning system. The belt-driven drive ensures a smooth and quiet experience.

Like a real racing bike
With the Xebex Air Cycle, the rider experiences a freewheel design - when you stop pedaling, the flywheel continues to rotate even if your feet are stopped. This forces the rider to use all the muscles in their legs to move the flywheel, just like on a real racing bike. This feature also offers gym operators and trainers a much safer training experience. A typical “spinning” bike has a fixed attachment to the flywheel. This means that the pedals are directly connected to the flywheel. While the rider's initial effort sets the wheel in motion, the flywheel's momentum assists the rider by propelling their feet around with the flywheel. This reduces the effectiveness of training and can also pose a safety risk.

Easy access to resistance settings
The Xebex AirPlus Cycle frame is tilted upward to make it easier to adjust the damper and AirPlus resistance settings.

Comfort and settings
Xebex AirPlus bikes are easily adjusted to provide a comfortable fit for athletes. The handlebar height can be adjusted in 30 levels within a range of 11.65 inches (29.6cm) and can also be adjusted forwards and backwards within a range of 7.56 inches (19.2cm). The console tilts 270 degrees for quick and easy viewing. The height of the seat post is adjustable in 30 levels over a range of 11.65 inches (29.6cm) and the seat can be adjusted forward/back by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) and has a tilt of 30 degrees. The rider-facing steel mesh is fully filled and prevents unpleasant air/wind from being directed towards the rider's face and body during use. Metal pedals with toe caps are included.

Durable construction
Xebex AirPlus bikes are oversized for durability and robustness. The 57kg base provides a stable foundation for users weighing up to 157.5kg. We use metal and steel where others do not. Xebex AirPlus Cycles feature two front wheels to facilitate storage and transportation. Simply tilt the bike at the rear base and roll it away. In addition, Xebex AirPlus Cycles require minimal assembly effort. All necessary tools, hardware and clear, illustrated instructions are included.
