Trigger Point The Grid 2.0 orange

Trigger Point Therapy focuses on specific muscle points on the body and works by releasing tension and connective tissue adhesions and stimulating blood circulation. These are caused by overuse or incorrect posture and compensatory movements, and the associated lack of oxygen. Therapists treat the affected area with targeted, gentle pressure – a technique that is mimicked by Trigger Point products.

Trigger Point products also allow for self-treatment, where even hard-to-reach muscle groups can be precisely "triggered" using only one's own body weight and without the use of hands or assistants.

Back and joint pain, often caused by poor posture in everyday life, are eliminated by Trigger Point treatment.

The idea of relaxing the muscle even five minutes BEFORE exertion for the purpose of increasing performance is revolutionary. A supposed contradiction? No, because blood circulation and the supply of oxygen to the muscles have been shown to increase performance. And for relaxation after training, the Grid (see also "Data and Facts") provides a regenerative massage.

The original and essential tool to massage the entire body. Any place, any time, anywhere. Placed on the muscle to be massaged, the material softens after 5 - 7 seconds to make the massage as perfect as possible.

The Grid

The Grid is a foam roller consisting of a hard inner core and a soft outer layer, intersected by a grid of indentations at various intervals. This structure mimics the physical nature of the human hand (fingers - palm - fingers) and guarantees optimal treatment results. This revolutionary design allows you to change the intensity level simply by repositioning the Grid. The hard inner core even allows for core workouts, where the Grid is fully loaded. Massage and core training in one product!
