Bodycraft leg press for Multistation Xpress Pro
The leg press of the BodyCraft Xpress Pro adds an effective option for targeted lower body training in a confined space. It uses the station's integrated weight stack and therefore enables safe, guided training without additional discs. The stable sitting position and ergonomic movement control allow the thighs, buttocks and calves in particular to be trained in a controlled and joint-friendly manner. The even resistance ensures clean strength development and makes the leg press suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers. In combination with the BodyCraft Xpress Pro, this creates a compact but very comprehensive training solution that can also be used for efficient and professional leg training at home. A training weight of up to 270kg can be achieved thanks to a 3:1 ratio.
The leg press of the BodyCraft Xpress Pro is connected directly to the 90kg weight block of the main station and does not require its own weight stack. The 3:1 transmission ratio results in a maximum adjustable training weight of up to 270kg, which enables very intensive and controlled leg training.
The adjustable backrest ensures individual adaptation to different body sizes and training positions. Side handles on the seat unit provide additional stability during the exercise and support a clean, safe movement. The large foot plate enables variable foot positioning and therefore targeted use of different muscle groups in the lower body.
The high-quality seat and backrest cushions ensure a high level of training comfort, providing pleasant support even during intensive sessions. The sturdy frame design in Diamond Grey in combination with the standard upholstery colour black also gives the unit a modern and professional look.
