The Torus series has been developed for excellent functionality and ergonomics, ease of use and high quality standards for home use. Independent cable pulls are used, which enable variety and freedom of exercise. In contrast to conventional multi-gyms, the exercises are not already specified by the training device with corresponding restrictions. The Torus series allows a range of natural movement sequences for each exercise and trains strength, coordination and balance. The design ensures that resistance is directed to the muscles to be strengthened and shaped. In upper body training, in contrast to multi-gyms with guided exercises, the stronger arm does not compensate for the weaker one, but rather the independent radial arm exercises enable both arms to be strengthened and shaped at the same time for a high level of training results.
