The Impulse Fitness Rear Kick SL7008 was developed to specifically train the gluteus maximus as well as other glute muscles. The hamstrings and hip extensors are also activated as supporting muscles. The specially developed movement curve ensures that the target musculature remains under tension throughout the entire range of motion, optimally supporting muscle contraction.

HOW DOES THE REAR KICK WORK?
The user places one foot on the large aluminum footplate and stabilizes their upper body using the ergonomic handles. After loading the weight horns with Olympic weight plates, the leg is extended backward in a controlled manner. This kickback movement corresponds to the natural function of the gluteal muscles and allows for particularly effective activation of the gluteus. Through the guided movement, the target muscles can be trained in isolation without placing unnecessary strain on the back or knees.

MAXIMUM GLUTE ACTIVATION
The Rear Kick is among the most effective exercises for building and strengthening the gluteal muscles. Due to the specific movement guidance, muscle tension is maintained until the end of the movement, achieving a full contraction of the gluteus.
