- 10 adjustable resistance levels (Adjustable Resistance (AR)) via a rotary knob – the E550 from Fluid Rower features a water tank with two separate chambers. There is an active chamber and a passive chamber. Manually (in 10 levels), the water can be transferred from the active to the passive chamber and vice versa by opening and closing integrated sluice gates. Only the water in the active chamber is moved during training. The training resistance is generated partly by the volume of water in the tank and partly by the user’s pulling force
