Return

You have the possibility to return unused articles in undamaged original packaging and with receipt within 8 days.

Please pack the item with the original packaging and all accessories (cable, instructions, etc.) in an additional sturdy shipping carton. Please do not stick anything on or label the original packaging of the item.

You post your return at the post office or another shipping service. Please stamp the return sufficiently and send it to: Shark Fitness AG, Landstrasse 129, 5430 Wettingen. Freight collect shipments cannot be accepted.

You also have the option of dropping off returns at the Shark Fitness shops in Wil or Wettingen. Please note that returns can only be accepted in the shops in undamaged original packaging and with a receipt.

Excluded from the right of return are items with reduced prices (promotion prices/sale prices/exhibition prices), books, videos, DVDs, CDs and USBs, sports nutrition and, for hygienic reasons, all textiles.
