Can I take a look at and test the fitness equipment at your facility?

With pleasure! We have a wide range of equipment on display in our two stores in Wettingen and Wil SG. Call us and reserve an appointment to visit us, so you can reduce possible waiting times.

Do you also sell used fitness equipment?

Usually not. However, we do offer our customers demonstration equipment from our showrooms from time to time. If you are interested in a demonstration unit, it is best to contact us.

I would like to rent fitness equipment, is this the right place for me?

No, unfortunately we do not rent fitness equipment.

Which equipment is suitable for me?

If you want to improve your fitness, but have not yet chosen a piece of equipment, make an appointment in a Shark Fitness store, either in Wettingen or Wil SG. We will be happy to advise you!

I want to build up a lot of muscle mass quickly, how does that work?

Your health is very important to us. That's why you can get advice in a Shark Fitness Shop whether and if so, which nutritional supplement products make sense for you.

The display of my training device stays black. What can I do?

Check the connections. If the error persists, contact us.

My device makes unusual noises, is it broken now?

Check where the noise is coming from and if something is mechanically brushing.

I have a broken fitness device, what should I do?

In the footer of the Shark Fitness online store you will find the service form section. Fill out the service form. This will save you unnecessary queries if you inform us of your observations and, if necessary, additionally document them with a photo or video. We will contact you for further steps.

What do I have to do if I want to have my fitness equipment repaired?

Fill out the service form from our website. Our qualified service team will contact you and coordinate the repair.

Will you come by my house even if I didn't buy the equipment from you?

No. However, we will be happy to help you find the customer service department of other suppliers that is responsible for you.

Does my fitness equipment need to be serviced?

That's not so easy to say. Whether maintenance is required depends on a number of factors. For cardio equipment such as a treadmill, we recommend regular maintenance depending on the use. If you use the equipment several times a week, a functional inspection should be performed annually. For strength equipment, we recommend service at least every 2 to 3 years. Please fill in a service report for this purpose as well.

How do you calculate the service costs?

For the service costs we calculate not only the repair time and the necessary parts, but also the route and the urgency of the service. Give us a little more time and we can combine the travel costs with other calls and keep them low.

I have bought different proteins from Shark Fitness. Unfortunately, the flavor doesn't suit me. Can I exchange the can?

No. With all food products, we do not offer returns if you are not satisfied.

What do I have to do in case of a return?

You have the possibility to return articles unused, in undamaged original packaging and with receipt within 8 days. You can find more information in the returns section or in our terms and conditions.

Recently, one of my devices was due for service. Your service technician was extremely friendly and very competent. What can I do to make sure that this employee also does my service next time?

Write us your feedback, gladly if you are especially satisfied but also if something did not suit you. We will try to respond to your wishes in the next disposition!

When comparing prices, I noticed that you offer a certain device cheaper than your competitors. Why do many devices cost more at other dealers?

We calculate tightly and pass on various price advantages directly to our customers. It may be because we were able to buy at a favorable price due to our purchasing volume or because we pass on a supplier promotion to our customers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Shark Fitness is not marked with a consumer seal of approval. Why not?

Many test seals don't offer what they promise and charge high fees. We want to avoid this and prefer to offer our premium products a little cheaper. This way, you as a customer benefit directly.

With us you will be advised free of charge as well as personally and you can test fitness equipment when you visit us in Wettingen or Wil SG in one of our Shark Fitness stores on site.
