Impulse Fitness Functional Trainer (IFFT)
The Impulse Fitness functional trainer has two height-adjustable traction elements that enable a wide variety of training exercises and sport-specific exercises, from fitness to rehabilitation.

- user-defined, isolateral movement sequences for unrestricted training exercises
- 20 positions for height adjustment of the traction parts
- Quick adjustment of the traction parts
- 2 weight blocks of 90 kg each with a resistance of 45 kg - ratio 2:1
- 2 weight blocks of 90 kg each divided into 6 x 2.5 kg including basic weight plate, 9 x 4.5 kg, 5 x 7 kg
- the 2:1 ratio allows for very gentle training, deeper weight gradations and a greater range of motion
Use: Home to light institutional use
