Option for Tunturi training rack RC20: Rotational Core Trainer (18TSRC2060)
The Tunturi Rotational / Rotating Core Trainer is an extension of the RC20 training rack. To train, a barbell bar is attached to the base of the sleeve. The training device was primarily designed to develop the upper body muscles and to improve strength and fitness.
The swivel joint allows the athlete to perform various types of rotational or pressing and lifting exercises. The most common exercise, however, is the T-bar row. And since the mounting system is very simple yet stable, the Tunturi Rotational Core Trainer can be attached to the Cross Fit Rack RC20 without much effort.
