The outer shell of the Bruce Lee Boxing Bag is made of strong nylon and well stitched so that the bag can withstand regular training. The material is easy to clean, resistant and robust. The filling absorbs the punches and provides enough resistance. The Bruce Lee Punching Bag is supplied with 4 chrome-plated steel chains. Also included is the swivel attached to the chains to prevent them from twisting during training.
