Weider Protein 80 Plus consists of four types of protein:
Milk protein (casein), time release protein supply for the muscles for up to seven hours and a high proportion of BCAAs.
Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in the dry matter. Therefore very low in fat and carbohydrates.
Whey protein (whey): Quickly available protein. Whey protein supplies the muscles with L-glutamine, among other things.
Egg protein (albumin): Contains the so-called sulphurous amino acids.
These enhance the biological value of the product. Thanks to this special protein mixture, Weider has succeeded in achieving a Chemical Score of 144! measured against the requirements of the Food and Nutrition Board. This value means that Weider Protein 80 Plus clearly exceeds the requirements for the recommended amino acid content. Naturally, Weider Protein 80 Plus is low fat and low carb.
