Tunturi adjustable balance board (14TUSYO020)
The balance board from Tunturi helps to train balance and coordination. This balance trainer is suitable for both beginners and advanced users, as the board can be adjusted. The Tunturi Balance Board consists of a plate and the green foot on the underside. In order to stand up straight on it, the body must continuously seek and correct its balance.
The intensity of the balance training can be selected by using the black cap, which is located under the green foot. As soon as the cap is fitted, the training becomes more intensive. If this is a little too difficult, the cap can simply be removed again to reduce the angle at which the balance is trained. With the cap, the angle is 20°, without the cap it is still 10°. The greater the angle, the more the body has to correct itself in order to stand up straight on the balance trainer.
